In recognition of our goal for peace, there comes a point where we all as individuals make a choice for embracing ONENESS. This will not be possible without joining hearts, minds, and souls together in a common voice as "Humanity".
Mirrored Souls We started on a journey toward ourselves and found each other along the way. We find in one another a mirrored reflection of all that we have yearned for and also what we have feared. We see images of such profound beauty and find ourselves looking away because its intensity stirs in us feelings that we do not understand and are not sure that we are worthy of. Slowly, gently, our soul begins its awakening. We begin to truly see and understand our own beauty, our own worthiness. The fears we carry slowly melt away into knowingness and acceptance. I participated in a weekend event...Cosmic Camp. It was here where I received confirmation of the continuous unfoldment and evolution of humanity. In sharing stories and songs and bearing witness to the beauty in our participation in a far greater process of creation, I was humbled to remember the great gift of our ONENESS. ...also humbled to remember that we as human beings are a mere speck in the story of creation as it has been unfolding over eons of time. Therefore, it is rather arrogant of us humans to be exerting so much power and control over each other and over Earth's resources as if we are more important than the billions of other specks that comprise the Greater Design.
To summarize ...Gaia Centre's Vision and mission has been "Sustainability through a new spirituality of life and work". Gaia Centre is a not-for-profit organization which aims to create a greater community awareness and appreciation for humanity's role in the still unfolding story of evolution. Given that we, as human beings, are only one small part of a much larger picture, it is important and perhaps even necessary for humanity to learn how to express our way of living and working in a manner that cooperates and positively contributes to the on-going emergence of Earth.
